What To Expect:
Sessions are structured, therapist-led and designed not only to address the issues you are experiencing but also to provide you with coping mechanisms as well as tools on how to implement this structure yourself.
The aim is to equip you with the skills and the ability to fly solo.
Please note the first session will be mainly introductory and an opportunity to get to know each other. You will have the chance to tell me everything that is currently affecting you and to find out in details about the model we will be following.
